Yesterday we turned in our application to rent a 3 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath home in Coos Bay, Oregon. It is cute and a cozy little victorian that is perfect for us right now and although not huge will be way more room then we are used to at all. We should know hopefully by Friday if we're approved once background checks, and reference checks are complete. We really want to have the keys by this weekend so we can move in then but we are trying to be as patient as possible. I'll post more information about this house once we know we have it for sure because we're trying not to get to excited until we have it for sure!
I'm still looking for a job, and just had an interview on Friday but I haven't heard back yet!

Well hopefully we haven't heard back from you because you're busy moving into your victorian house! I love victorian houses. They have so much character. If you don't hear back from your interview by the end of this week, you should call to check in. I've had several mishaps were places would misspell my name in my email address, or they lost my application. So it never hurts to call in a check. It also lets the employor know that you're serious about the job.
